Are these commercial grade transfers?

All our heat transfer papers are commercial grade, but are also perfect for the home user. A heat press or iron can be used with any of our inkjet papers. A heat press is required for the laser transfer papers

How long will these transfers last? With normal washing these transfers should last 40-50 washes.

Shipping Questions

What shipping options are there available?

UPS is a good value when packages are over 5 lbs. In general, this would be 100 sheets or 8.5x11 or greater or 25 sheets or greater of 11x17 or 13x19. The big advantage of UPS is that packages are tracked from the time they leave NMP to to the time they reach you. See UPS Ground Map for Time In transit from NMP(zip 33316) to you.

We use the USPS Priority Mail service for most packages of under 5 lbs... 8.5x11 of 50 sheets and under and also for packages of 11x17 and 13x19 10 sheets and under. The big advantages of this service is cost and speed. This service will get you the paper in 2-3 days. The tracking is only updated when it leaves NMP and when it gets to you. If you need paper fast. The USPS Express mail option is a nice low cost option. The catch is that to use it orders must be in before 12pm EST

How Do I track my shipment?

When you order on the site you immediately receive an order confirmation via email. When the item ships you receive a second email with tracking info. Please email us if you fail to receive any of these notices.

Payment Questions

What forms of payment are accepted at Transfer Paper Shack?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover on the site. We also take PAYPAL online. We will do COD after we establish your identity with a valid credit card on your first order. COD accounts can only have 2 open orders at any time and COD's must be paid with money order/certified check.

 

What types of volume discounts does Transfer Paper Shack Offer?

Our prices are the the lowest you will find online for commercial quality transfer paper. We do however, offer monthly specials via our newsletter. We also offer dealer pricing for volume accounts. Please contact us for further details.

What is Transfer Paper Shack's return policy?

We have an open ended return policy. One day or one year if you don't like our paper...return any time for refund or discount. Go to your account to request an return using the RMA link.

Our normal hours are 9am est to 7pm EST M-F. However, we can be contacted most weekend and nights . If we don't pick up, leave a voicemail. We usually get back to you within minutes or worst case the next day
